Well if you are right in saying that PIO will be back trading Thursday morning, then this is a CR arranged between a 3rd party for sure.
The way PIO shares have been gobbled up recently would say that someone is keen to take a stake.
Are we going to see a new number 1 shareholder with a 5% or more holding?
Gangfeng are the clear favourites for obvious reasons.
