    Come on people 132 reads? fair dinkum. maybe a lot of people took my advice and put me on ignore? LOL.

    I am absolutely positively sure, that this 3D printer can use islet stem cells and other cells from the same humans body, skin stem cells and perhaps other necessary thing that they are asking for in skin equivalents, things like pigmentation sweat glands nerve endings etc hair follicles?

    But I have already posted here before that the Alfred Hospital has done experiments on Organoids using BTM as the substrate, which they say is the best available, I do believe this 3d material will be sprayed on CEA material which is put in a bioreactor to promote growth and then transplanted onto the dermis, hopefully one day they will do this in one operation.

    The skin itself is the body's largest organ.
