i am wondering if we have any lawyers or financial wizards as shareholders and if so where do we stand legally,do we have some rights to stop these idiots in their tracks,apart from voting no.do we have to let them get away with this idiotic idea.could a court injunction be taken out for example,us small shareholders are always the ones to suffer,it should not be so.maybe we should band together and hire a legal eagle to put a stop to this immediately.
