It's time the company gives a market update on the contingency cost for barossa to date and come clean on the costs from delays on drilling and pipeline. They mentioned the court date being Dec 4 however did not mention the injunction extended until mid-Jan...
This below is from the EDO website ..
"Today, Justice Charlesworth ordered that the injunction be extended until mid-January to allow for an expedited hearing of the full case"
