All payments to all peoples , Starting with Judges , Lawyers , Activists Groups , ( who pays for Lidia Thorpe to run around the country in Jets fist pumping while flying up and down to Tiwi from Melbourne ) All payments to all Native Title Recipients should be transparent , published and accessible by the people paying the payments.
