I would love the opportunity to take you up on that offer one day, but for now I am somewhat tied down in Sydney for family reasons. Young kids.
I do love Singapore, I usually stay at the Fullerton ... a great hotel. I actually prefer pepper crabs, I find the chilli crab sauce a little too sweet in Singapore. I also tried haidilao hotpot for the first time there, and very glad they opened one in Sydney last year!
Anyhow, one of the reasons why I don’t feel like I miss out on too much by not attending these expos is that you and others post some wonderful summaries of your interactions with management at these expos and AGMs. I find them extremely insightful and provide much colour to the business itself.
