    Infact after just reading the december norfolk island council meeting mintues, it seems MABR will be the winning bid. They have now decided MABR as the prefered option (pic below). Balmoral have developed a business case and i bet my left one that this is why Henry and franscesco are coming here in march. To sign off on it. Expected contruction start date is July. All IMO
