    Calm down frostie. You are confusing desal with wwt. The MABR/SUBRE that fluence is prefered supplier for norfolk is for their waste water treatment plant upgarde. Nothing to do with the csiro desal article. Two completely sepertate things. Maybe have a frothy shake on this saturday afternoon.
