Apologies for not being clear. My analysis stands. Acadia has a veto right as I noted that manifests itself when Acadia develops Trofinetide for the same indication. Acadia’s monetization of its veto right is Acadia’s contractual right. Why would exercise of Acadia’s contractual rights be considered ABSURD?
