I think pragmatism will win out. Acadia and NEU have scratched each others back for quite some time.
Surely there is a trust and respect for each others future. Which could possibly be in a co buyout.
Surely they would make decisions that will not upset the apple cart.
If anything other than that occurs, it is sheer bloody mindedness from one or others boards. So far track record indicates that is not the case.
