Thanks hottod. I see your point. I wonder why Clause 15.2 is worded as it is? I suppose if Acadia moved to NNZ2591 for Retts and FX it might then make sense to try to develop Trofinetide for a non-orphan indication as there would no longer be a commercial conflict. But that would be some distance off, of course.
