If I'm Acadia, assuming no takeover, I wouldn't progress 2591 for anything unless trof has a massive discontinuation rate in the future or until closer to end of trof patent/exclusivity or until a competitor has an effective alternative... whichever comes first. Makes no business sense to progress 2591 before then.
