kjt1969 has put up a well thought out DCF model forecast from our current situation for all to understand the economic potential of the situation based on the assets we hold, arguably the best DCF model out there.

I find it crucial our investment as this information limitedly available, the next best example we have is Hashan De silva, and industry professional covering the stock, invested in the stock and called it to $16 early days which people thought was dreaming.

JP recently noted the Reta's sky clavs deal, in the public domain, at the bare minimum notes they recognise the value paid for good assets by the market or BP.

I don't think there is any pumpers on this forum full stop. Most here have had huge financial gains from $1 - $20 and hardly need a reason to pump lol!

I would say rather than dreaming its at least opening up the eyes for investors whom hold on the full potential of the company they are invested in, DCF models with future revenue/ sales potential and comparative TO deals are completely relevant, not dreaming but factual.

I think most here are open minded from lower end valuations to higher end.

FWIW in my 20 years investing in stocks I think Neuren is 1 in 1,000 probably more like 1 in 10,000 purely based on that DCF model, I just hope its played out with something reltivly close to that, because everything else is in place and hard to fault.
