No, as we have always understood Acadia can restrict 2591 development in new indications where they may commence trofinetide clinical development - refer sections 6.2 and 11.1 in particular.
An important question is what constitutes "commencement...of clinical development, of which ACADIA is the sponsor..." - this is not defined in the agreement.
