It’s not beyond the realms of possibility for ACAD and NEU to be bought out in a friendly takeover in one move.
Both NEU and ACAD are fully aware of the value locked up here . As many have commented the perfect scenario
For big pharma is to own both.
Rather than take one and then end up getting wedged by hedge funds etc trying a takeover of the second company, the smart move would be to take both in a friendly takeover. In fact it could be an advantage.
It really wouldn’t be hard to apportion the percentage valuation for each company.
Would ACAD shareholders accept $10bn and similarly would NEU accept $15bn.
$25Bn USD for both does not seem unreasonable. Thats +400% for ACAD. and + 700% for NEU.
