The cost is huge - always expected it to be ...
the issue is how long can they fund the building of it without borrowing. Yes gearing is good but in this industry you don't want many sunk costs that are not providing regular revenue. - TAP was an example .. plenty of exploration but no hits ... untill the last one ...the share price drifted south and now looks like it may have turned .
I would consider the coments about the market capitalisation and the history of the last market capitalisation statement and feel comfortable.
WHAT if the pipe doesn't go ahead ?? they will have to look at other ways to sell the gas ... yes .. not as profitable ... but still profitable
the management are pretty good and I'm liking that they are fairly stable and have plenty of shares in OSH and you don't here of them selling any
just my opinion ... and a bit annoying its not holding up when the rest of the market is
