    Good. McCormack's emotional responses do him no credit. APA are on the run. Pipelines are a utility function connecting proven reserves and customers - both of which must be in place before a pipeline will be built. The regulator will see APA is a ticket clipper and intervene accordingly.

    The load-bearing risk-taking capital entitled to reward is in E&P. That means Beach, Senex and similar. Most notably, the big gains from intervention fall to CTP.
