Probabaly has more to do with the market reacting to recent discoveries in Yemen than the pipeline - I read yesterday that Botten's previous commitment to the feed is more provisional than his previous statements - i.e. he will make a final decision on the FEED at the end of April. This would most likely put any pipeline customer spec. some way down the totem pole of sp drivers
