i totally agree with the substance of osh. i think we all have known for quite a while that it was sovereign risk that has held osh back. but i don't believe (although of course everything's possible) that the market fell out of bed yesterday & pushed sp from 1.15 to 1.25 & still solid on fundamentals like cash flow that we've all know about for months. not on this slow mover. anyway, looks good as far as i'm concerned. i've held since low 70's.
