    Very sound thinking! I have built a few pipelines and have arranged for their finance etc. We usually had trains or trucks to do the oil transporting in the initial stages to generate cash flow whilst we built the pipes.

    I have roughed out several cases for HDR/Tullow in Uganda, and they are ALL PROFITABLE with oil above $US 65/bbl.
