Yeah, the last few months haven't been kind to the market, but IMO it's only a short term oversell. I hold long term anyway, so while I'm not happy with the development, I'm not in panic mode.
It's interesting how many ideas and theories can be developed from one single TH notice LOL but if we were to connect the rejection of Pass-GGP "merger" and VIL's announcement together...
Anything is possible. Maybe GGP will find a solution to BP's problems and take over that well and get the oil out... LOL
