Would you care to put up a link for the BLM approval that only allowed pipeline approval for oil transport for the project.
IIRC at the time of the start of the project ELK had NO pipeline and therefore according to your post they also had no way of moving oil from the project.
The only thing that is not a fact is that ELK has DNR over a barrel. DNR can delay and delay and delay and ELK will run out of money.
Other companies will see DNR playing hardball and know that they would have to play the game too - funds tied up for how long with no return. Furthermore, those companies could care less about a project of that size - it si too small.
Please go ahead and hold on for the 'long term'...................those of us that held the same dream only found lead at the end of ELK rainbow and IMO you will too.
