The world seems more shortsighted than many would expect of 'rational beings'. The pipeline dream I postulated time and time again will not go ahead i the forseeable future. There is no future to it. It is a pipe dream (forgive the pun) that te oil majors who have a piece of the action use to divert their resources and distract us from things they do not wish us to see or inquire into. The government of PNG is like a who re who will give into the fantasies of oilmen working abroad using other peoples money if their palms are greased.
