I dont agree with that, as Antares has only recently flow tested its harrison 1 discovery well by flaring the gas. There are also many marginal gas discoveries that are flared also before pipeline issues are addressed.
I believe they are connecting to the pipeline as i previously stated because the jv partners are confident that this is a commercial well.
Quote from antares recent annual report "A significant show was encountered over a 70ft interval.This is tentatively interpreted to be the upper wilcox meek sandstone target which has a mapped potential reserve of 20bcf gas."
As the well was terminated short of total depth (due to technical and safety issues) only a portion of the lower sand has been intercepted.
Further wells will be drilled on this field addressing the lower sand issues.
In my opinion this is definately a commercial well.
As adelphi and antares have a common interest in this well I hope no-one objects to me posting here.
