Looking back at the major uptrend of Aug 2017 to Feb 2020 , we have already been all the way down to the 61.8% retracement level (COVID crash of March '20), back up through the 50% retracement level, and we are currently sitting on the head and shoulders formation neck-line which is also the 38.2% retracement level.
Some consider this stock to be overpriced, thus the short campaign kicked off by Regal last year. I say the fundamentals and the outlook are great. We are basically on the cusp of break even. Sales growth at 100% during COVID. $11.6m cash on hand. Capital expenditure budget for 2021 of $2.1m. The product works. The product is being adopted. The roll-out is happening. There is a massive pipe-line of R&D and product development across applications I have never heard of before (drug delivery).
It might retrace further (anything can happen especially on an overall market correction). I'm very happy with holding this stock. I topped up today. It is my third largest holding. I think I might sell my small holding in NAN which I re-entered the other day and put that money into PNV.
I hope there will be a few fund managers going through the report in detail to uncover what a gem of a business is hidden inside.
