For perspective, in 2013 (-9y) AEMO weren't forecasting major changes to energy demand resulting from rooftop solar. Nine years later it's very different.
Also if the PRRT changes were to stop browse, why has it been off the boil for the last nine years? And after the PRRT changes Woodside SP rose due to being 'light touch'.
This is all pretty basic industry knowledge.
