Why don'nt we build a pipeline from cairns to melbourne. so when it floods up there we can send the water down the east coast to melbourne and sydney. We should do this instead of handing out $900 to everyone. Think of the jobs it would create. I reckon we could do it for less than 12 billion. C'mon mr Rudd be rememberd for something apart from being a dud.
