Yeah good point KP. I think one of the
dangers for MYX, is investor’s expectations
for Myring. Myring, if approved, just
becomes another generic likely to
suffer the same fate as all other generics
which is intense competition and price erosion.
I suspect the bigger Instos have already
factored that in and written down the value
of Myring to the company before it has even
gained approval. This is partly being reflected
in the current share price as shorts take a very
orderly exit happy to have taken the irrational
exuberance out of the share price and gotten it
back to fair value. At some stage E4 will likely
gain approval and then sales will be carefully
evaluated to observe whether they live up to
the punter’s expectations or whether E4 becomes
a first class flop. No one really knows what will
happen and that’s why MYX trades at 33 cents
and nothing more. Myring approval will be a brief
bounce as traders trade it and quiet longs exit it.
Will be very interesting to see the estimated
approval date for E4 versus the real date as SR
has got it wrong so many times previously....
