When we do the class action we should use this as evidence as they recently won their case against Worley on appeal.




Hey, you know what I find funny here is the wording, "Misleading and deceptive conduct" "Breached its continuous disclosure obligations" All based on historical revenue. Where have a heard that before? Worley must have also been Suspended for years for this breach? I just can't seem to find it anywhere, hmmmm?????
