For your theory to make sense, all of the following need to be true:

1. The judgement has leaked
2. Someone (the conspirators) are funding this to distract people (from what?)
3. That will result in them (who?) continuing to rubbish ISX?
4. Presumably they (who) will benefit from this?
5. Ahh, I know, it's the shorters, it's their final play to save themselves.
