If you’re misleading and deceptive to the exchange, with hold information and don’t reply to all of their questions it doesn’t set you up for a good relationship with the compliance guy. I have little doubt the two personalities and also Hart clashed. I think Lewis and others could smell bs and were like a bull to a red flag. In my view that’s why ISX were suspended and it’s been vindicated by the outcome of the recent case. Had ISX eaten humble pie it may of been different. I think there was performance share paranoia within ISX.
