Supporters are 0 for 2 in their predictions so far on legal matters and I suspect the Piper Alderman will matter will be another swing and a miss for ISX

1) re ASX: “they’ve treated us unfairly”, ISX sues and then drops the case, all the while shouting from the rooftops “if we had really done something wrong ASIC would be investigating!!”

2) turns out ASIC was investigating, and when that lawsuit drops it’s apparently all hot air.. ASIC then succeed on the aspects that supported the original ASX suspension, who would’ve predicted that?

3) then rumblings of a class action pop up, and again those are all claimed to be false.. and then it drops.. can already see where that one will ultimately end up

the thought bubbles about running a class action against ASX / ASIC etc etc belong in the comedy section of hot copper
