Ok, serious business. The case against ASX is dead. It can't be resurrected. Any case against OM would be hopeless. Justice McEvoy will deliver a judgment in ASIC v ISX & Anor shortly. Let's wait to hear what his Honour has to say and then the next steps, by whatever authority or party, can be taken from there.
