They are waiting for new management to release a "honest" report of where things stand.

Hopefully UNS will have success in finding a CEO that, among many attributes, has credibility among the analyst community.

I still think Piper's initiation report is still a good road map, especially since Medimmune and AMGN were not mentioned, however it is the timelines that might be problematic.
