OK so IDL has $170ish Mill of debt and $50 mill which will be used for takeovers or failing that debt reduction, so worse case they will pay off debt to $120ish Mill, that has to be a good thing right ?

then organic growth going forward, they share consolidation has finished and the SP is starting to move up post that, should be a 3.9c div post consolidation if profits stay at current.
