I know if you read through their website that a number of the purchases which they paid peak prices are under stress, metroglass which they paid $360 mill will be lucky to get mid 100 Mill so as a private equity firm they are borrowing from banks and that lending will be under stress to bring the debt levels down.
By the sound of it the chinese are interested in Valley given the fact they can vertically intergrate right from coal in china to getting it onto the valley equip it would make sence to run the pen over the books.
I'm comfortable either way if IDL buy or don't.
