I think both diabetes and endo are lucrative. The real tragedy with endo is that in a great majority of cases it goes undiagnosed for years and finally when the pain and suffering overwhelm the patient finally a correct diagnosis is given. If a simple blood test, can be done years earlier and stop the unnecessary suffering it will take off like wildfire. There will be no need for a massive marketing launch as the power of word of mouth will suffice.
