The $390 is the PLA/CPT code for reimbursement in the US. It doesn't change just because Sonic have pulled out. The PLA/CPT code is determined by a review panel in the US which normally takes 6 months and once reviewed, is issued in January. In the case for the PromarkerD 0385U is the code and was issued in January 2024. I believe Sonic just lead the submission to have the code applied.
I haven't seen anything to determine what the retail sale price is. However as example, it the actual sale price from the distributor is $300, then in the US, the test would be free to the user and the GP. You want a strong reimbursement rate in the US to quantify uptake from the lab/GP.
