It comes down to reimbursements in those markets and whether they are part of established processes within the regions. As example in the UK, if it isnt under the NHS service (like our Medicare etc) then its a totally out of pocket expense to the user. It then comes down to a cost benefit for existing tests they have available to determine uptake.
The US and Australia will be the biggest markets for PIQ and their tests because they provide an established processes for reimbursement/rebate from Medicare and CMS respectfully and assuming in the US, it is CLIA waived, full access to GPs and clients direct which would mean likely 200,000+ offices available for use. Without the CLIA waiver, its limited to around 10,000+ labs.
