Yes what a disaster this has been for the company and management may not recover from this. Alan Campbell should probably fall on his sword also. He is a geologist and although Stuart Hall signed off on announcements as the Competent Person for the resources surely they all should answer for it.
It says Stuart Hall is a feloow of the AusIMM so a letter to them about concerns should start an AusIMM investigation but I'm sure it would do no good whatsoever.
Keep them honest.
