doubt it .... but one thing for sure, once this dilution goes through the rank & file will never have any influence, so even if it's futile, rank & file true believers should at least register their protest by rejecting it.
If it carries virtually unanimously the board's contempt will grow as it has every time they have steamrolled the punters over the last 2+ years
