the only time we will see some real value in this co. is when we get a new mgmt. team in i.e CEO , BOARD etc. need to be cleaned up , they have virtually killed this co. , the conversion will create massive liquidity , leaving the co. worthless , when one board member compared it to BHP , and now they are happy to give her away for a thank you, vote no and let them negotiate for a higher price
