The commencement of Ph3 derisks the PAR notably.
I can't say that is a general rule for all biotechs, but for PAR we know the trials should take circa 20mths off the top and once it's away, there is increased levels of certainty. Simply put, once PH3 is underway, we know things are in motion. This is very much a psychological marker in my mind and the excitement will build as we approach commencement.
Some instos will only invest once PH3 is underway, which also means increased demand.
Suspecting the SP is at one of the darkest points before the dawn begins to break - the news flow is not high, no excitement in the very near terms, people losing patience and world markets are volatile. If there is any good news flow, the SP should recover.
good time to top-up/ average in / take a trading stake imo. My purchase today is based on my take on timing investor sentiment.
