Frustratingly though, it's never preceeded by the word "intentionally".
I'm happy that we now have something in black and white that says ASIC has "concerns" about the actions of the pirates but I find the tone of these documents a little soft. I'd be much happier if the documents highlighted the intentionally nefarious nature of the pirates' actions and expressed outrage at their sheer brazenness rather than just expressing concern.
