So the remaining directors McAullife Jr and McAullife Sr are remaining quiet? Are they being ostriches and think that this saga will just blow over and they will not have to answer to shareholders? No signs of even an annual report. Surely they are obligated to provide one?
COVID-19 has thrown yet another lifeline to The Pirates by insulating companies which are trading insolvent https://www.copyright link/politics/federal/directors-push-for-extension-of-regulatory-shield-20200714-p55bz3. Some of the pirate entities may be making use of JobKeeper and other tax breaks on offer.
HML is already delisted and out of the ASX's radar. ASIC know's about the dodgy issues with the Pirate Entities but doesn't seem to care or want to take action.
BHD once again trading and The Pirates sell their shares to liquidate some cash.
JBL remains suspended on the NSX and there is an ongoing legal battle. NSX probably has it's hand's full with ISX.
Meanwhile there comes news such as this? Is it still a Pirate entity? https://www.copyright link/street-talk/bnpl-newbie-fu-pitches-early-entry-in-series-a-raising-20200707-p559oo
Disappearing with shareholder capital without having to answer for it. It just all seems too good to be true for The Pirates.
