So ASIC does all the investigation and correlated it all and takes no action. No surprise lawyers tried to stop FOI. What can you say? You would hope a vulture legal ambulance chaser would get a class action up with poart discovery done on the info provided against indemnity insurer or the fact ASIC didn't persue for whatever reason ( funding, only wanting big scalps etc) warns them off as not easy $. ASIC you are a joke and ASX no better IMO.
