They already do this. We are constantly told by the complicit politicians that they are creating jobs.
What they really mean, is that they are throwing money at a group of parasites who go under the pseudonym of "entrepreneurs" and who are supposed to "create jobs", or so we are constantly told.
Actually hiring somebody is the last thing in the world that these gang of leeches have on their minds. That's a last resort when things are really desperate, they hire somebody for a time, just while they can figure out some method of automation, not for any reasons of efficiency, but just because things are really desperate if they need to actually hire somebody.
At the first opportunity all of the plant and equipment is scuttled or dismantled and sent offshore in pursuit of lower wages and environmental regulations.
