How WAL ended up with 16m is a mystery, looks as thou CLR Carabella code will list at a premium if so WAL will tag along and your prediction of 50c could come true.

CLR have 30m shares out there to raise $12m, and WAL have another 16m a total of 46m that we know about, sure they are escrow but some are due in June next year.
CLR could be $1 by then happy days for WAK it seems.
