Some of these trades I've observed have had both the buy and sell order occur instantaneously. Without a broker exchange code. Which to me suggests trading between accounts to manipulate the price. The holder does not sacrifice any loss of shares but pushes around the share price up or down (move up the shelf or down the shelf to create a new price people will buy or sell at).
