The key thing here WB is can they indeed get that material out of the well so they can then establish accurate cuts of the oil and flow rates. If they cant get it out then the well is stuffed and we will be in trouble because they have no money left in the kitty and I am not sure that in this current economic climate they will be able to raise funds without really diluting the SP value (like to 0.006 or something). I know that you keep on saying that the land is worth a lot but things can change if you become cash stricken look at the EMR thread and see what happened there. They ran out of cash and couldn't meet their loan obligations and had to sell their land holdings for a percentage of the overall project. at the end of the day they lost out big time and got no where near the true land value but that's what happens when you become desperate.
